CANCELLATION POLICY

Your business and support are very important to us. We strive to provide a specific reserved time for you and only you. We understand that life happens and adjustments are necessary on occasion. However, we respectfully request a 24 hour notice. If you should need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment in order to give us time to offer that availability to another client.

No shows and last minute cancellations create not only revenue loss, but, a missed opportunity for another client to occupy your time slot. Notification given LESS than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the service booked. Failure to show up for your appointment i.e. "NO SHOW" will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount. Please remember that when scheduling online via the website a credit card is required to "hold" your appointment time. Also, you will receive a text confirmation via our scheduling software, as well a text reminder prior to your appointment day. Please be mindful that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment and to arrive on time.

LATE ARRIVALS
Because we schedule each and every client individually according to the requested service, arriving late directly affects our ability to perform your service with the respect and professionalism you are paying for, and also affects the client scheduled after you who arrives on time. If you do arrive late, your session my be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration of other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.

CHILDREN AT OASIS TO ZEN
Out of respect for our clients, we ask that children under the age of 12 are left at home during your visit at Oasis to Zen. when accompanying you, they must be must be supervised by an adult, and have a scheduled appointment.

When children do accompany you, please leave electronics (ipads, etc) at home, as they are a disruption to the spa atmosphere. "Hanging out" in our Relaxation Room is disrespectful and also disruptive to clients, as this is space for them to relax before and after their paid service.
